About us
Almak Capital was formed in 2015 as an independent investment company.
Our main mission is to provide clients with a wide range of investment opportunities in markets around the world. Almak Capital has a license “Financial investments” from Umm Al Quwain Authorities, United Arab Emirates. In November 2015 Almak Capital representative office was opened in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The main directions are: direct and venture investments asset management consulting in the field of investments.

Direct investments
We invest in mid-sized companies at various stages of growth. We consider investments both in the form of buying stakes and shares and debt financing. The investment horizon does not exceed 2-3 years. We actively support co-investment with leading private equity and venture capital funds. To date, our investment portfolio includes companies in the oil sector, solar energy, healthcare and retail.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
We offer a portfolio of liquid asset management: equities, bonds and various structured products. We cooperate with leading brokerage companies in Kazakhstan and the UK. Almak Capital is an authorized Portfolio Manager of the largest brokerage company in the USA - Interactive Brokers Inc.
